1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zlaxey ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zlaxey provides AI-powered services including but not limited to: intelligent chat, image generation, slide deck creation, website generation, and model comparison tools. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or engage in phishing activities
  • Harass, abuse, stalk, or harm other users
  • Generate content that exploits or endangers minors
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Circumvent usage limits or access restrictions

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: Content you create using our Service belongs to you, subject to our underlying intellectual property rights in the Service itself. You retain all rights to your inputs and outputs.

Our Service: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Zlaxey and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (ILS) unless otherwise stated.

Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing subscriptions will honor the current rate until renewal.

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has specific usage limits for AI features (chat messages, image generations, slide decks, websites). These limits reset monthly. Exceeding limits may result in temporary restrictions until your next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZLAXEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zlaxey and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
